We went there a few times and it was okay but then it wasn't. I know the staff is doing a great job here but they weren't a great fit for my cat. She is very particular as she is a bit of a Diva but she was absolutely not comfortable there. We have taken to clipping her claws on our own. I truly do love the store and I am so thankful it is downtown. I just would not recommend coming here for the grooming part of it. Just be sure to know that not all pets fit at places nicely.
