  My daughter's car would not start in the cold, and I jumped the battery and drove it to Batteries Plus. Unfortunately, they had sold all the batteries for the size her car needed. I went to 2 other retailers who had the battery but would not install it. Finally I bought a battery from a third retailer who did not install and took it home to do it myself in the -10 degree weather. I did not have a long enough extension to reach the nut to loosen the battery clamp. I called back to Batteries Plus and explained my dilemma. They told me to bring my battery to them and they would install it. And guess what? They didn't even charge me to install. What a great place.
